The challenge

Small and mid-size teams track attendance in one tool, tasks in another and work hours in a spreadsheet. Managers only learn a task is stuck when the sprint is already late.

We wanted one system: shifts and check-ins, real activity data, and sprint tasks, with alerts that flag problems early instead of reports nobody reads.

What we built

  • Admin dashboard for live attendance, activity and department views, with CSV export
  • ShiftSync mobile app for check-in, breaks, shift timer, tasks and weekly hours
  • Windows desktop agent that records active time for accurate daily totals
  • Automatic alerts for overtime, late-arrival patterns and absences
  • AI task assistant: suggests step-by-step approaches when a task is created, checks open tasks every 15 minutes and nudges the assignee when work stalls
  • Role-based access, departments, and plans from free trial to enterprise, with on-premise deployment
